Which parts of the essay are FREE?
Upon request, we will provide a free title page, bibliography page(s), works cited page(s), and/or references page(s). Although they are free, please do not request these features unless you actually need them.
Do you offer a discount for large orders?
We offer a 10% discount on orders of 75 pages or longer.
Do you have an installment plan?
Yes. To split-up your total cost over a certain period of time, you may place separate orders for each chapter or section. However, please understand that the automatic 10% discount applies only to single orders of 75 pages or longer. So, for example, if a customer named "David" wants to order 200 pages and receive the 10% discount on all 200 pages, he could place two separate orders of 100 pages each or a single order for all 200 pages. He could also place separate orders of 75 and 125 pages each. But, if David chooses to place four separate orders of 50 pages each, he will not receive the 10% discount on any of the pages because none of the separate orders would be at least 75 pages long.
After submitting payment for your first order, you will receive an email containing your 5-digit "Order ID" and the writer's "username." To ensure proper flow and continuity, you may request the same writer by stating his or her username and the original "Order ID" when submitting payment for each of your following orders. The same writer will complete each order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
A customer's essay order is usually time-sensitive. However, we cannot begin working until we have received payment. Therefore, each customer must choose a payment method that works best with his or her particular situation. The following list explains the strengths and weaknesses of each of the forms of payment that we accept.
- Credit Card (default): The only payment method that enables writing to begin immediately.
- PayPal: Writing will begin within a couple of hours after the customer submits the PayPal payment.
- Western Union: Writing will begin within a couple hours after the customer provides us with the information on the Western Union receipt. Western Union charges an average fee of $15–$25 USD.
- Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Bank Draft: Writing will begin within a couple hours after the payment envelope arrives at our office in New Jersey. The amount of time that it takes to arrive at our office depends on your location and the delivery service that you choose (USPS 3-day, UPS 2-day, FedEx 1-day, etc.). The choice is yours.

Yes. We can locate any source (book, magazine, newspaper, journal, etc.) that is available online or at the average, public library. If we cannot quickly obtain a particular source that you require for the essay, we will request that you email or fax to us the necessary pages. IMPORTANT: We do not have access to class textbooks, so you must be prepared to email or fax to us all necessary pages. In what format will I receive the essay? Microsoft Word?
We email all essays in Microsoft Word® (.doc) format, which any computer can open. If you do not have a copy of Microsoft Word®, you may view the essay with the Microsoft Word® Viewer, which is available for FREE at the Microsoft® Web site.
Will you read the necessary material before writing the essay?

Can you write the essay in a different language?
We write all essays in English. However, for a modest fee of only $9.95, we can translate the essay into your choice of Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, or Swedish. You will also receive the original, English version. Both versions will be perfectly formatted (paragraphs, indentions, margins, etc.).
